General Policies

Cancellation:
- Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.

- In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

 

  • More than 40 days before your arrival, 6% of the deposit paid will be charged as a bank transaction fee.
  • Between 40 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to airline’s cancellation policy.

Egypt top trip  does not charge a cancellation fee for tours and excursions which is cancelled for disastrous reasons such as volcanoes, earthquakes, or any reason that is out of control. Egypt top trip cancellation policy will be applied if cancellation happens due to personal or business reasons.

REFUNDS:

A refund will normally be made to the same card account and using the same method as the original payment.

No refunds are possible for No-Show

 

Deposit and Balance of Payment:
A down payment (50%) will be required when you confirm your booking as requested and it can be paid by credit or debit card (Visa / MasterCard) via Version Secured payment system on our website. The balance of payment (50%) is required to be paid upon arrival to our assistant.

Children Policy:

Policy- For Packages + Nile Cruises + Hotels

0 - 01 Free of Charge
2 - 5 25% of total tour cost
6 - 11.99 50% of total tour cost

+12 Are considered adults

If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.

2nd Policy - For sightseeing tours & shore excursions

0 - 5 free of charge
6 - 11 50 % of total tour cost
12+ are considered adults

If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.

Special Requests:

If the Client has any special requests, he should inform the Company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to meet such requests but, as these do not form part of the Contract, the Company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to meet it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The Company does not accept bookings which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.

 

Tour Voucher:
After your trip is confirmed, we will email you with the final confirmation as a voucher to print and bring it with you. Details will include contact numbers for your tour operator, customer care and additional information for your convenience.

Responsibility:

We act only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail road, boat, aircraft, or any other convenience and assumes no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss accident, delay or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes; -Weather, acts of God, force major, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes of any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT:

 

The Contract constituted by the Company's acceptance of the Client's booking subject to these Booking Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company, so the payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

Accommodation:

Unless otherwise stated, generally it is based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Room for the single occupant is available with an additional of supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication/guide of category and rooms may be reserved at similar establishments. Published prices are based on tariff and other costs prevailing at the time of printing, and are subject to change without notice.

COMPLAINTS:

If you have a complaint while you are in Egypt. Please notify the company ( Egypt top trip ) immediately, as most problems can be solved on the spot, if you feel your problem has still not been resolved please call the chairman of the company, but if after you return home you are still not satisfied you must e-mail us at info@egypttoptrip.com

International flights

Egypt top trip can assist you with international flights if needed. However, from our experiences, the international flights are best issued from point of departure, where the client has access to a wider range of price options and availability. The only way to pay for the international flights is through bank transfer to Egypt top trip Account.
